2.1 Prevent stress and define appropriate action plan
We offer to help companies to realise a diagnosis to measure the
level of stress, identify factors of stress and put in place the
appropriate action plan ..
To realise
a diagnosis, we used all of source of data you can provide to us
in particular data coming from your database such as HR ERP,
payroll, time management, finance data, reporting and data warehouse....
We
can consult external data according to you sector of activity in order
to have a global view of your company and your status compare to that.
To
identify stress factors, we realise different interviews
with identified targets which can include doctors, ergonomist, psychologist , unions , board,
managers, employees.. our aim is to collect different visions and
evaluate solutions
Interviews will enable to realise a diagnosis from an organisational
point of view ( work context,
relationship, culture and company structure, work organisation..)
To
define and put in place an appropriate actions plan, we are working on
a project mode by involving a specific dedicated team again by
mixing people with different professional culture and vision.
