We are working on a project mode with the different actors internal and sometimes external of the organization in order to build together the solution and to facilitate the appropriation the information and the change management. We using the concept of social responsability in our method (this concept will be defined and validated with the international norm ISO 26000 in 2010) : reponsability for a organization on its decision or activities impacts and on its environment with a transparent and ethic behaviour which: - help on sustainable development including health and wellness of the society - take care into account the stakeholders needs - respect the law and is compatible with the international norms - is integrated winthin the organization and used in its relationship.
